Turzai Offers Free AARP Tax Service to Area Seniors
McCANDLESS – Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny) is pleased to announce that his district office in McCandless will once again serve as a location for AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteers to provide free tax services to senior residents. Volunteers will be available by appointment only to help seniors with their federal and state tax returns.

AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people age 50 and over.

In order to take advantage of these services, seniors are asked to please make an appointment by calling Turzai’s district office at (412) 369-2230. Appointments will be held every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. starting Feb. 3 and running through April 7. Volunteers are able to assist three seniors in each time slot.

Turzai’s district office is located at 125 Hillvue Lane, first floor, in McCandless.
